Good to know

I have never played ultimate frisbee. Can I still come?

Yes. Plenty of us started from zero. We will teach you how to throw and the basic rules, and you will be playing points in your first session.

What should I bring?

Sports clothes, water, a light shirt and a dark shirt (so we can split into teams), and cleats if you have them. Football boots work perfectly.

How much does it cost?

Message us on Instagram, Facebook or by email and we will explain how membership works this season.

Do I need to speak Portuguese?

No. The team is international, and practice runs in a mix of English and Portuguese.
